The Triad of Control Over Man
The triad of cooperation to exert influence of government on a global level upon humanity consists of the ancient agendas of the Freemasons, the Rosecrucians and the Secret Government. They have modeled themselves on the triad of linear change, in an attempt to direct the change of life on Earth.
The Freemasons represented transformation and have been entrusted through the ages to safeguard specific bloodlines that have been chosen to interbreed, thereby enhancing certain traits exhibited within the DNA structure. The Freemasons have eliminated and weeded the garden of the lower echelons of government as part of keeping the bloodlines "pure".
The Rosecrucians represented transmutation and they have carried the codes of government. This has been done by various methods that encourage specific frequencies among humanity. This has promoted certain voting habits and the docile acceptance of government, even in its most base form. By utilizing the alchemical potencies of frequency, they have since ancient times been involved in making man biddable or able to be governed.
The Secret Government has represented transfiguration. The Secret Government has achieved methods of immortality by which they have stepped off the wheel of linear time, which creates the short lifespan within man. They have consisted of those whom we regard as the key personalities in mythology, and they have attempted to control the affairs of man using methods to create alternate realities. These methods are the triangulation of power sources (as found symbolically in the triad of these three organizations themselves) coupled with frequencies of gold and heightened emotion.
The gathering of the gold has been carried out by the Secret Government, the triangulation of ritual as power sources has been performed by the Freemasons and the manipulation of emotion has been perpetuated by the Rosecrucian orders.

The question has been asked why the spelling of Rosecrucians has been used in this material with an "e" instead of an "i". As has been explained, Rosecrucians manipulate frequency (emotion). They do this in order to manipulate the DNA of man. The DNA of man has interlocking sound chambers in the shape of a rose. It is therefore more appropriate to their goal and function for the manipulation of man's frequencies and emotions, to incorporate the 'rose' in their name. The rose windows found throughout Europe bear the mark of the Rosecrucian order and their function.

Self-government and Sacred Government
The principle of self-government is based on 1 of the 3 riddles of the Toltec teachings - an ancient form of mysticism that seeks to understand the origins of life and to wield power with impeccability. The Riddle of the Heart, according to Toltec teachings, states that the many can be affected by the one who remembers him- or herself to be all things. Government by the few as an imposed force of will upon the many cannot withstand sacred government through self-government of the one who remembers their Oneness as the only being in existence and changes all life by changing himself.
Change itself is an illusion though, as is changelessness. The change of self-government does not engage in the movement of life by trying to manipulate life into a different direction, but rather in stillness acknowledges the illusions; thereby dissolving them as mist would be dissolved by the illumination of the sun.
